I have always believe there should be a special course for new (even old) strata purchasers.
I get really tired of those that buy into strata and think they can renovate (just like their house and damn the rest of us) or can hang things over balcony railing or on the balcony – safety and keeping things neat or just being filthy about the disposition of household waste.
How about training for new ownersI had a lot of respect for you Jimmy until you wrote the drivel about CoS representative. How could you support [Clover Moore]! She is betrayer of all City of Sydney owners – who do you think created the paper. She is so two faced she may need three faces soon.

Go to a recommended Strata Manager ask them for a quote for manageing your complex.
Ask your secretary to organise a general meeting to vote on accepting this new SM (or submit at next AGM).
Simple majourity will remove the offending SM.
