Our builder is insured, he showed us his insurance certificate of currency with public liability and products liability. 

Anyway, it was more than builder matter with this particular owner. He is opposing everything the rest of the owners' motions. But he got a red face at the meeting. Still the good atmosphere of our community has been spoilt.

Thank you for the quick reply. I did not understand why should O/C has to have an insurance for the work had already been insured. What are we insured for.

The question will be put forward tonight at AGM by one owner (whether we have insurance or not), I just have to be prepared for it.
