From what I can see the other two townhouses vote as a block against ours, even with the previous owner. Now it’s been proposed that the levy is raised from $850 to $1200 a quarter. The other owner is a very very old lady who I haven’t met yet. I do not know the level of her actual involvement. The meeting chair…I’m not sure. I really regret buying into this place but I will only stand to lose everything if I try to sell now.
