I’m not encouraging this but I’ve heard stories of some people looking up the washer dryer Service Panel brand and model numbers and ordering keys for them.

So to take clarify this further – if an owner has two lots in the scheme and wants to vote assign proxies for them, they need two other people to front up?
Our AGM is being held tomorrow with the owner in attendance. The new strata committee should be able to take this further. I will post update once we resolve the situation.
