Strata Companies responsibilities

      In the past 12 months our strata manager has changed 5 times, the latest being after the AGM. We have not received any minutes from this last meeting as the Manager has left. With each change information seems to be lost and the EC has to remind the company of what has taken place.

      We have asked to meet with the Licencee but he has declined. What can we do except change strata company.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
