Re-attachment of Fire Door Frame Tag

      I am living in a complex of town houses, all the units share an underground car park.  There is a fire exit from the car park to the ground floor.  Recently a fire checking of the complex was done and a defect item was reported.  The issue is that the fire door frame tag could not be found on the door frame.  According to my checking, the fire door frame tag is actually attached on the fire door and above the fire door tag.  The fire consulting company suggest to re-attach the fire door frame tag to the fire door frame.  May I know if the re-attachment is necessary?  Could a handy man do the re-attachment as it is a simple job?  Thanks
