      I did a few years on our body corp committee in Queensland and I’ve been wondering how other buildings would do things if they had a free hand.
      If you could run your building however you wanted, what would it look like? Would you keep your strata manager, change what they do, or run it yourselves? What’s the first thing you’d change?
      And if you’ve already tried doing more of it yourselves, with or without one of the apps around, how did that go?
      Keen to hear from committee members and owners in any state.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
