      Hi I’m looking at buying a property in small development ( six units) where access to parking levels is via a car lift.  The property is a new development so no strata minutes to check what this means in cost to service and also how often they break down.  So would really appreciate it if readers could advise if they have had good/bad experiences and whether they are a (too) expensive luxury to willingly take on.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
