Proposed Levy Backdated

      Hi

      The next AGM (NSW) is planned for 16 Feb 2017.

      I noticed the new Levy has increased substantially and while the quarterly levies for the last quarter have already been paid up until (not incl)March 2017.

      The financial statement states the ‘Proposed Levy’ is payable from January 1 2017. We live in a small complex of 12 and most people here are pensioners so backdating will add substantially to the levy due.

      Can the OC alter this directive on the financial statement  to state the ‘Proposed Levy’is payable beginning of the next quarter being March 1 2017?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
