Strata Manager with an expired license

      Hi Jimmy et All,

      I am building an online tool to help committees find which Strata Management companies cater for their area / scheme type. While building my database, I came across the management company that looks after one of my friend’s building, and it happens that their license (NSW) expired in March last year, yet are operating business as usual. My question is, are there any consequences of operating without a license? And as a client, what should your course of action be?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
