      Hi all, Thanks loads and on which this asks please an owner’s approved renovation and their trade waste getting dumped in residents bins as is happening here.  More thanks!

        BONNIE L – Are your bins individually allocated to each specific Lot i.e. do the bins have an identification number that corresponds with each Lot? Or are the bins for general use?

          Dear Lady P,  Thankfully, managed to get  good help in committee re that, including from esteemed strata co.  Yet to see if it still happens.  The Lot owner is responsible, did appreciate, and think someone must have mis-used residents bins by mistake as they’re in clearly dedicated enclosure.
