GST on Records search, YES or NO?

      Not a big deal but our Strata Managment says that search fees ($31.00 etc.) will be plus GST. Strata Schemes Management Regulation 2016 Section 4 Fees makes no mention of GST.

      My understanding of GST is that if a price is quoted it will include GST unless it is stated exluding GST or plus GST.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
