The NSW government has released a discussion paper which is looking to limit Developers entering into long-term utilities contracts (electricity, gas, internet) which deny individual owners the opportunity to:

      a)  Choose their own provider; and

      b)  Take advantage of cheaper price offerings.

OCN is looking for case studies. If you have a story to tell, please contact me ASAP at .  This is our opportunity to get a better deal for strata owners.  If you’ve been disadvantaged, have your say!

For the really keen readers, tThe discussion paper is here – goo.gl/TkSFoC. Utilities are at s2.3 (only 1 page).

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
