      This week’s Wrap podcast topics could hardly be more different.

      In one we discuss what you can do when a homeless person takes shelter in a nook of common property.

      In the other we talk to a young woman who is living in a “build-to-rent” apartment in Dallas, Texas (pictured), who wishes she could afford a house but is happy with what she’s got.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
