      The Owners Corproation Network (OCN), has issued a qualified welcome to Government amendments proposed  to the Design & Building Practitioners Bill 2019 currently being considered by the NSW Parliament, saying they still want action on “disposable” developers and phoenixing.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
