      I am a landlord. My tenant has just received his “first warning” as he has made a small vegetable garden on the common area. Nobody uses it. The common area is full of weeds and is not even cleaned up by strata. He is in breech of STRATA rules that say you can’t change or interfere with common property. He is the only tenant who uses the common property. Nobody else does or cares. The agent and I are supportive of what he is doing but STRATA isn’t! Any offers of help? Peter M.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
