      Stories about incompetent or dishonest strata building managers are the stuff of apartment dinner party one-upmanship.  Or should that be one-downmanship? To be fair, most strata and facilities managers are honest, hard-working, professional and efficient, but how bad do the worst ones have to be before state governments change the laws to curb their excesses? …

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
