Is this motion legal

      Our Secretary wants to pass this motion at an upcoming Committee meeting
      ”That in correspondence between Members, Members shall copy all Members in the correspondence.”

      The aim appears to be to stop communications between Committee members for any reason except if everyone is involved

        Hardly relevant if it is legal because it will be ignored. How can a resolution of the committee prevent anyone from corresponding with anybody they care to?
