Wind noise from Range hoods in a highrise

      Live in a 10 storey high rise
      People range hoods are automatically turning on usually when someone is cooking somewhere in the stack
      Roof Fans have been checked
      A few people have replaced the their Range hoods but still get the noise
      Has anyone else had this issue & if so what was done
      Who can I contact re this
