Our SP pays one large annual insurance premium payment which depletes administration account until next quarter when levies are received. This would not be the case if the premium were paid monthly and payments spread across the year. Are there low cost alternatives available that allow an SP to pay periodically. Thank you for your comments.

This is a commercial matter and different insurance companies may have different approaches. Ask your insurer. If they won’t, ask your strata manager to find one that does then compare the rates.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
