Our complex wants to find a new strata manager. What questions should we ask them please? Thanks.

The first questions I would ask are:
- Do you charge Schedule B fees and if so, can we put a cap on them?
- Can we meet the person who will be our strata manager, what is their experience, and can we have the mobile numbers of the secretaries or chairs of their previous buildings?
- How many other buildings will our SM be managing?
