Can a Strata Manager acr as secretary

      Dear Jimmy T,

      If nobody in a Strata building is willing to take on the role of Secretary for the Executive Committee yet there are Committee Members willing to stay on as members will a Strata Manager take on that role? If so would it be beneficial to pay someone offsite and avoid the politics? What does one do if the Strata manager does not offer this service? Can we operate without a Secretary?Confused

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
