Unfair over charging of 59 bedsits out of 169 total units.The original documents stated the bedsits were serviced apartments in a comprehensive building and includes a shared laundry.
The Strata management state it does not include washing machines and charge to use them.
The U/E values worked out approx .8% in 2024 value a bedsit at $283030 that’s an added value of $90000 over average price and washing is included in the strata fees.
The strata fee on $190000 should be $126.66 per month. The only added value asset is the washing machines access and use.

I had a lot of problems with this post.
- It was just tagged on to another thread that had nothing to do with it (that I can see).
- It came in as a TABLE or spreadsheet and I wasted lot of time deconstructing it.
- I have no idea what the question is.
