        Hornsby NSW

        Is due for another Rezoning.

Last time it was revoked due to owners’s action protest years ago.

This time due to new owners in the meantime not knowing the situation face this:

If what this forum entry states goes ahead then, say on the cheap side,

The existing apartments e.g. 2.1.1 are ‘bought’ by developers for 750k-  then the result 2.5 mil apartments will be way out of current inhabitants pockets and almost all of us will have to leave Hornsby, -GO WHERE? apart from those that might recieve a Government grant for one reason or another.

This will create a new culture.

And could create a new group of potential homeless ‘millionaires’.

Instead, I would like to force developers to acknowledge current ownership by offering 1 for 1 eg 2.1.1 is built in the new buildings that current owners can move into.

The developers will profit by building more than double the apartments than current owners.

Hoping this or similar happens, else there is going to be a big population shift in homelesness / decentralisation.

        Cheers steve
