Well… the Whale’s just received his Cert IV in Property Services (Operations) compliments of TAFE (NSW), and whilst I doubt that it will make me a better “Strata Guru”, I might be able to now provide posters with some additional advice concerning selling their Units and even with placing a few cows for agistment on the Common Property
.I’d completed the Registered Manager’s Course and my initial objective was to keep learning, but the way interest rates are moving I might have to look at applying to OFT for a License so that I can assist a couple of Plans to self-manage – just to keep us off aged-peoples’ welfare for a few more years!

on ya Whale. You will do well in that job. As I have said before your wealth of iinformation and knowledge has been a great benefit to myself and others on flat chat over the past couple of years. Can always rely on you for a very informative answer.
