      Our strata block recently added balconies to all lots. Now that the work has finished, we are looking at adding the balcony to each lot owner’s title. I understand that we may need to submit a new strata plan. Does this mean that the increased value of each unit may be subject to stamp duty viz. the difference in price pre-balcony and post-balcony?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
