Painting of Pergola

      We bought our unit 6 years ago complete with pergola,however the paint used to paint the pergola must have of inferior quality as the pergola now needs repainting.

      I requested the manager and building committee to have the pergola repainted,but they said that it is my responsibility.

      Is this so?  Regards,

        This is another one of those “it depends” situations, but before covering the possible scenarios could you please advise in which State / Territory you’re located and whether the pergola is free-standing or attached to the wall of your unit?
