I an the chairman of an executive committee and we want to establish a website for our building.  Ours is a mid-range block of 80 apartments with a part-time building manager only, so we’d also like the website to self administer most of the routine situations where residents need to apply or register e.g. bicycle & pet registrations, building works applications & lift protection install for moving in/out etc.  We envisage a resident having to click on check boxes agreeing to their particular situations criteria and enter details in certain fields before the system would generate an “approved” or “pending approval” notice.

Can anyone please tell me if this type of website/software already exists or would it be an expensive custom built proposition?

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
