      Sachs Gerace Lawyers presenting 2014/ 2015 Strata information evenings.

      We have a final workshop for 2014: “By-Laws and Strata”. This strata evening will offer legal advice on by-laws, show you how to lodge and make a by-law, amend a current by-law, and deal with common conflicts that occur when making by-laws.     PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
