If you are not part of the body corporate or even not resident of the building, what are the ways to get in touch with the CE or chairman?

Either put a note in the Owners Corporation’s letterbox, or if possible have a look for the Strata Manager’s details that are commonly displayed near the main entry to the building or at the entry to the carpark, and then write to the Executive Committee Secretary via them.

Thank you for your answer @whale, i have been trying this method unfortunately for some buildings it’s impossible to get inside without having to explain why you are here and what you are looking for, if the building manager is dodgy he won’t let you in.

Also been talking to some dodgy strata manager that will never answer or never forward anything to the EC.

Unfortunately it looks like there is no way to contact the EC directly.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
