As I wrote on last week’s newsletter, a lot of people are sick of us bagging strata managers on this website. Okay, a lot of strata managers, specifically, are tired of being singled out for criticism.
It doesn’t matter how often you say that the majority of strata managers are good, hard-working, decent people, along comes another negative story, we report it, and we look anti-SM all over again.
So last week I issued a genuine invitation to anyone who wanted to recognise a strata manager who has gone above and beyond for them and their neighbours, and we’ve had a couple of responses already.
The easiest way to do this is to reply to this post in the Flat Chat Forum. Or, if you haven’t registered, you could drop us an email and tell us how great your strata manager is. You can even name them (and yourself) if you want.

It’s time the good operators enjoyed their moment in the limelight. Over to you – send us those positive stories and we’ll gladly run them.
