I’m probably going to take a lot of stick for this because I have been fairly unstinting in my praise for these proposals.
Sure, they’re not 100 percent right and there are few things missing but I am just so happy that, after a decade of wheelspin, dithering and obfuscation, strata laws are moving forward.
Politically, I’m Left of Centre, so it irks me in an odd way that it has taken someone from the Right of politics to initiate some of these changes that I believe will make strata fairer for everyone.
