If 25% of owners have requested an EGM. Can a lot owner add an extra motion to that EGM called by the lot owners without having to get 25% of signatures for their motion to be add to the EGM agenda?

The EGM meeting has not been given a date or time as yet. The strata manager states that the body corporate committee needs to discuss the request at the the committee meeting next week for approval. Is this the correct process for requesting an EGM with 25% of lot owners signatures asking for an EGM?

      The state is Queensland

Not sure about QLD but in NSW you can table  motions for consideration at the next general meeting and even if that happens to be one called for a different specific purpose, any outstanding motions should also be tabled then.
