I’m not sure which forum this comes under but I’ll try here.
About 12 of the Lots in our building are commercial and have air conditioning supplied to those lots via a water cooled system. This system is very old, is no longer cost effective, and needs to be decommissioned. This would leave those lots without aircon.
The other 20 odd residential lots in the complex have no aircon with owners having to install and maintain split aircons at their own expense.
One, should all owners now have to pay for the commercial lots to get new split aircons? Or should the owners of those lots do what those in residential lots had to do to keep cool, buy their own?
Two, I read somewhere that a loan can be raised solely for interested parties ie for those owners directly affected by some issue. Other owners would then be excluded from having to pay of that loan. Is that true?
