          What are we talking about here, methane?  I’ve never heard of pets being a major contributor to climate change, but I’m open to any compelling argument.

            My suggestion for items to be listed on any pet ownership by- laws.

            DNA testing be recorded and held by Strata?

            (To identify poops that are not scooped)

            Impose a cleaning fee where required.

            Impose a fine for noise nuisance.

            Visible areas to be kept clean ( pet trays to be clean at all times)

            Controlled at all times, lead(connected both ends), travel box, muzzle.

            Evidence of training.
