We seem to have a Strata Committee that’s lost the plot. For instance, can they knowingly let an owner break a Special Bylaw despite this owner being issued a Notice to Comply to the Bylaw. Can they also spend $15,000.00 without approval of the Owners Corporation? Can they hold an SC meeting without giving notice to the Owners? Can they exist once the secretary and one other member has resigned without ever letting the owners know the current positions they hold?
