      Hi Joey

An owner is responsible for the toilet bowl and toilet cistern and the plumbing related to the toilet bowl and toilet cistern.

      Kind regards,

is that only for ones installed externally from the wall?

what about a concealed cistern that is inside the wall. Does it make a difference if its on an external wall, or an internal wall.

It should not be in a common wall because that would create a fire rating issue

Simone, pipes in a common-property wall are common property.

Simone, pipes in a common-property wall are common property.

But an internal wall is not common property unless it abuts on to an adjoining unit or common property.
