Back by popular demand, join JimmyT as he fires questions that are both curly and sometimes quirky, but always informative, at David Bannerman, principal of Bannermans Lawyers.

Kicking off at 3.30 on Tuesday April 23, Jimmy will be testing strata lawyer extraordinaire David on the latest hot topics in strata, plus anything that pops up during the discussion, as well as asking YOUR questions emailed in advance.

Topics will include:
* New strata laws
* Design and Building Practitioners Act
* Non-performing executive committees
* Retaining walls
* By-law disputes
* Cladding
* Plus more (and let’s face it, strata managers and the SCA are unlikely to escape unscathed!)

Lawyer in the Hotseat is always the most listened-to offering on both the Bannerman’s website and Flat Chat.

We always get way too many questions so race to the front of the queue and get yours in NOW by emailing your questions or topics to marketing@bannermans.com.au today.

And RSVP to join us online on Tuesday, 23rd April at 3.30pm
