It seems that, suddenly, everybody wants to know what strata owners are thinking.

Following the success of our recent survey into your opinions on self-management of strata schemes – results and winners to be announced soon – now he University of NSW City Futures department is asking recent-ish apartment buyers what motivated their decisions to buy where they did.

And once again, there’s an attractive prize draw; this time five lucky winners will get $100 gift cards just for taking part.

Basically, if you bought an apartment in NSW in the last 10 years, UNSW City Futures Research Centre researchers want to hear how you reached your decisions about what to buy and where.

The aim of the study is to better understand the types of buildings and building features that recent purchasers prefer and why.

The survey focusses on purchaser preferences and needs, and the choices they had.

Complete their short, 10-15 minute online survey before this Sunday, 28 May 2023  – yes, you have less than a week to get it done – for a chance to win one of five $100 Coles gift cards!

To access the survey, scan on of the QR codes in this article or click on this link: bit.ly/unswaptsurvey.

The project is supported with grant funding from the Government Architect NSW, and findings will inform GANSW’s strategic design leadership and provide insights for planning and policy decisions (it says here).
