      In response to this post:

      A further problem in failing to set levies at an appropriate level is the cost of raising special levies. Depending on your strata manager, there may be a cost per unit for striking a special levy in addition to the cost of calling meetings to set the special levy. As older persons would say: Penny wise and pound foolish.
