Poll: The ray of sunshine in your strata life

OK, we’ve had our fun.  Feeling guilty about the essential negativity of our poll on who you dislike most in strata, we’ve decided to focus on the people in your strata life that you appreciate.

Is it the strata committee members who do all the heavy lifting do you don’t have to, or the building manager who gets things done?

Is it the caring neighbour who checks on you to make sure you’re OK or the building cleaners who always greet you with a cheery smile?

Is it the person with the dog who allows you to indulge your vicarious pooch pal, or the occasional lift encounter with someone who shares your passion for a footy team?

Apartment blocks should be a community or we may as well live in houses.  So who gets the votes for the people who bring a ray of sunshine into your life.

Choose up to three options and then click on “vote” to see who everyone else’s favourites are.

Who's the ray of sunshine in your strata life?

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
