We even recall one angry owner urinating against the door of the strata secretary because they were not happy about complaints and notices to comply.
But what do you do when one of your neighbours is constantly talking trash about you and making groundless allegations about your actions and behaviour.
The committee can’t do much (and usually doesn’t want to get involved). And with the universal access to emails and social media, these things can spread like a virus.
