One of the more intriguing questions on this week’s Forum is whether a strata committee can issue Notices to Comply to members of an owner’s family who are breaching by-laws when he doesn’t live in the unit.
Now, if they are tenants, it’s easy. The standard lease says they have to abide by by-laws. And the law says the same.
