I have just been called a f***ing fa***t by a tenant as he was driving passed on common property. He had his children in the car with him at the time and when I asked him to repeat it he said get witnesses next time. I have already been screamed at in the street and called a P**h Pusher, once again in front of the children. Can I complain to the Strata manager about the language used on the property? I understand I will have to go to the police about the street incidence. The family are renters and have been there twelve months and don’t look like moving.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
