We are currently in the process of applying for adjudication in relation to us being denied approval to keep our dog.

I found out yesterday that The Strata Manager had sent out letters to all resisdents in our block, except for us – unfortunately the person who told me hadn’t opened the letter as it was addressed to their landlord – but they had been told by a member of the EC that it was about us and the fact that we have a dog

Can they send out letters about us without at least informing us first?

Do we have any right to respond to the letter and its contents?

We have been struggling since May with this issue – the Strata Manager practically refuses to respond to our emails, we asked to meet with the EC, they never responded – we applied for and paid for mediation – they refused.

Any advice would be greatly recieved

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
