Adding an internal laundry

      Hi,

      I was wondering if someone could help me with a question about an internal laundry.

      We’re looking at buying our first unit, in Sydney.

      We really like one but the shared laundry is pretty scungy.

      The kitchen is quite large so we were wondering if we could install one. I lived in Europe for years so this is quite normal to me.

      So I’m wondering:

      We would need a plumber to look at the individual unit but does anyone know of any common problems that arise doing this kind of thing?

      Are we likely to need permission to do this?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
