Adding new members to EC

      Can new owners join the EC midyear or can it only be done at the AGM? We have a small EC due to lack of interest from most owners  and a new owner has expressed some interest.

      If it can be done midyear what is the process?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
