Administration fund debt

      Hi, I've recently joined the EC in a block of 16 and the strata manager has said that there is a debt of $8,000 carried over from 09/10 in the admin fund. The others say it's ok, but it seems strange to me. We have not had an auditor look at the books for many years, so I'm wondering what's going on. Is it worth paying an independent auditor to look at the books?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
