Hi, and thanks in advance for any tip.  Is it ok to ask for agenda items a fortnight ahead of an EGM? Our strata guy says no, yet owners have only just received agenda.

Not enough time to put items into a proper meeting notice and then distribute with sufficient notice.

Thanks Sir Humphrey. As a relative newcomer, wasn’t sure. What about the accounts. Owners are paying special levy amounts, with no item on agenda to say when it reaches amount agreed upon. Secondly, the strata manager sounds unsure what information he’s across in terms of a niggling issue  in the actual building, and ongoing. My enquiries are being ticked off, and feel must ask in the meeting. How to go about that without more criticism?

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
