AGM and financial restrictions

      We have a situation with no financai restrictions placed on the EC for over 100 lots. This has resulted in vast amounts of funds being spent on consultants, works without general approval  etc . We want to stop this at the next AGM but are unsure how to restrict the funds adequately to avoid extra GMs. Can someone advise the best way to restrict this matter,  please?

      The EC will not discuss anything with owners and there is increasing concern about the expenditure of funds and the increase of levies every year to the extent its becoming an issue for owners wanting to sell with such light levies.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
